Minister Hoekstra of Foreign Affairs will be in Delhi, India, on Tuesday 26 April, as part of the annual Raisina dialogue. He speaks with his fellow Foreign Minister Jaishankar, among others.

It is the first time that a Dutch minister participates in the dialogue. Every year, foreign ministers, politicians, business, the media and civil society gather in Delhi to discuss opportunities for cooperation on a wide range of contemporary challenges.

“India is an important global player. Especially now, in the current geopolitical climate, it is crucial to intensify contacts with India. We face major challenges in the areas of security, the international legal order and climate change. Collaboration is of great importance to be able to meet these challenges,” says Hoekstra.
