Airline companies are responsible for the piles of suitcases that are left behind at Schiphol and must ‘improve their lives’. That is what Minister Mark Harbers (Infrastructure, VVD) said today after the Council of Ministers. “They have to deliver what they sold, namely a trip and the suitcase you bring.”
