The Government has set a minimum services of 33% for the strike called this Thursday, February 17, in Barcelona by bus unions TMB between 09:00 and 15:00. This is a strike called by the CCOO, UGT, ACTUB, SIT, CGT and ACAT unions, which demands, among other things, retirement of drivers at age 60.
The ‘conseller’ of Business, Roger Torrent, has signed an order that establishes said homogeneous percentage of minimum services for those six hours, which are off-peak hoursexcept in the first half hour of the strike period.
“The company may establish an irregular distribution of the service so that in the global computation it does not exceed the total percentage” of 33%, said government order specifies.
