The trial of television maker Bart De Pauw against the VRT will be pleaded on 12 September at the Brussels business court. This has been confirmed by various sources to ‘Het Laatste Nieuws’. De Pauw and his wife will demand 12 million euros from the public broadcaster. A ruling is expected in October at the earliest.
