Millions hunt for four-lane straight through Deventer (but cars are still far away along the IJssel) | Deventer

The chances of widening the Van Oldenielstraat, the busy road right through Deventer, are increasing. The municipality has asked the government for tens of millions. The money could be put into making the road four-lane, which roughly runs from the Avia gas station at the Adelaarshorst stadium and the intersection with Margijnenenk.
