THEthe bang is done: The Electric State, new blockbuster by the Russo brothers will have a super protagonist, the overwhelming Millie Bobby Brownbeloved protagonist of the tv series cult Stranger Things.

Of the actress we know a lot: child prodigy who was already attending drama school in Florida at the age of four, was immediately noticed and hired for Once upon a time in WonderlandTV series with which she made her debut as an actress at the age of nine. From there it is a crescendo, up to conquer the role of in 2015 protagonist of Stranger Things (Eleven; exactly at eleven). Now the jump with the Russo brothers

Now, for the eighteen year old, the next leap is promised with the next Netflix film by the Russo brothers: The Electric State. Taken from sci-fi adventure novel from Simon Stalenhag, has all the credentials to be a thrilling, epic and far-reaching blockbuster. THE Russo brothers are in fact the ones who directed four Marvel movies: Captain America: The Winter Soldier of 2014, Captain America: Civil War (2016), Avengers: Infinity War (2018) and Avengers: Endgame (2019), the second highest-grossing film in cinema history after Avatar of 2009.

What we know of The Electric State

The novel that inspired the film tells, in an apocalyptic way, what the West was like in its heyday. But the story does not develop in the past, on the contrary it is an exciting journey into a despotic future, in which one teenager (Bobby Brown) meets a sweet robot who turns out to be a messenger from his long-missing brother. Thus begins the strange escape of this girl and the robot on the hunt for her missing little brother in a world where humans and androids live increasingly mixed.

Filming is scheduled to begin next October in Atlanta.

Expected as screenwriters Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely. The cost for the making and staging of the film should around 200 million dollars. Next to Millie Bobby Brown is expected Chris Pratt.
