Milan-Verona, the fans disturb the minute’s silence for Lodetti

The sixty seconds of contemplation before the match at Milan’s home were disturbed by a fringe of yellow-blue ultras, then covered by the applause of the entire San Siro, including the players

Definitely unedifying episode – euphemism – a few minutes before the kick-off of Milan-Verona. During the minute of silence in memory of Giovanni Lodetti (flagman of AC Milan and former member of the national team who passed away yesterday) and the President of the Republic emeritus Giorgio Napolitano, the approximately 200 Hellas fans gathered in the away section broke the moment of silence by starting a high decibel chorus.

The response from the Rossoneri forward was immediate, blowing a loud whistle. At that point the two teams and the referees, gathered in the middle of the pitch, started to applaud, followed by the rest of the stadium. The relationships between the Gialloblù and Rossoneri fans are sadly known for being terrible.
