There is no good news about Alexis Saelemaekers’ condition. The Belgian, who was injured during the match in Empoli as well as Calabria and Kjaer (who will be evaluated tomorrow), suffered a sprained trauma to his left knee.

Exams this morning revealed a partial tear in the medial collateral ligament. Saelemaekers will now undergo conservative treatment. At this point it is likely that he will return with the resumption of the championship after the break for the World Cup.
