The former Rossoneri minority shareholder acknowledges that the deal has already been finalized. But a case against Elliott remains
Blue Skye, the former minority shareholder in the management of Milan, has waived the urgent precautionary appeal he had presented to block the sale of the Rossoneri club from Elliott to Gerry Cardinale’s RedBird. This is what emerged in today’s hearing before the Civil Court of Milan through the Blue Skye lawyers.

–
The Luxembourg company decided in this direction was the acknowledgment, as emerged from the hearing, that the sale had already been completed at the end of August and therefore an appeal of this type is not possible. A proceeding against Elliott is still pending in Milan, also initiated by Blue Skye, concerning a chapter of the affair, in particular a pledge.
