Support and compassion for Ukrainians is now being shown around the world. Many world stars have also expressed support for the Ukrainians who are in the middle of a war.

Actress Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher have said they are doing their part to help the Ukrainians. The couple said on Thursday that they have opened a fundraiser on the GoFundMe site through which they plan to donate up to $ 3 million, or about € 2.7 million, to victims.

They say fundraising has a direct impact on refugee and humanitarian aid.

Kunis was born in Ukraine in 1983 and moved to America in 1991. Kunis says he has always considered himself an American.

– I love everything this country has given me and my family. But I have never been as proud today as to be Ukrainian, Kunis says.

Kunis describes Russian President Vladimir Putin’s attacks on Ukraine as devastating.

– There is no place in this world for such an unjust attack on humanity, Kunis says.
