Musician Mikko Kuustonen63, and choreographer Hanna Brotherus, 55, are separating after a 10-year relationship. Kuustonen announces it in his Instagram post. The same publication can also be seen on Brotherus’ Instagram account.
– We are grateful for our ten-year journey together. Now we are separating but we will continue as friends and respecting each other. We will not comment further on the matter. Happy waiting for Christmas, the musician writes in his post.

Kuustonen and Brotherus brought their relationship to the public at the end of 2014, when they arrived together to watch the UNICEF Dancing with the Stars broadcast together. The magistrate confirmed to Iltalehti in August 2016 that the couple had secretly moved into cohabitation. The couple got married secretly in 2018 in Helsinki’s Old Church. The couple has no children together.
Kuustonen has previously been married for more than 30 years Marita Kuustonen with. During the union, actress daughters were born to them Minka and Iina Kuustonen. Brotherus has four ex-husbands Antti Ikonen with four children, the most famous of whom is the singer of the band Kuumaa Johannes Brotherus. Brotherus and Ikonen’s relationship ended in 2013.
