– Getting married united us into a team in a different way, Miisa describes.
Along with her marital status, Miisa’s last name also changed. He has already gotten used to his own name, perhaps too well.
– Sometimes it feels like my whole family has changed its name. Once, when booking a trip together, I wrote my parents’ name as Grekov, Miisa laughs.
A dangerous trend
Miisa has been making YouTube videos under the mmiisas moniker for more than ten years. Many things have changed in that time. The two adhere to certain rules. For example, the couple has never kissed in front of the camera.
– Followers have sometimes been confused as to whether we are roommates when we don’t show such closeness. We feel that it is good to keep some things to ourselves, explains Miisa.

Miisa has a lot of young audiences. According to Miisa, social media is a demanding place for a young user.
Miisa wants to encourage everyone to make their own social media a safe and pleasant place for themselves, for example by hiding disturbing pictures and videos. This is why, for example, Miisa has stayed away from Tiktok.
In Miisa’s opinion, a trend spreading on social media that encourages eating disorder behavior is particularly dangerous. The videos try to make the body look as small as possible.
– It’s terrible how much content idealizing thinness is offered to young people. It hurts, says Miisa.
