The French automaker said sales reached 11.5 billion euros, compared to 8.85 billion euros in the same period last year. In the first three months of 2023, Renault sold 535,000 vehicles worldwide, 14 percent more than a year earlier.

Seagate

pays $300 million for violating export restrictions. As the US Department of Commerce announced, the provider of data storage systems continued to sell hard drives to Huawei despite the tightened export controls in 2020.

Volvo

delivered significantly more vehicles in the first quarter thanks to a better supply of components and recorded a real boom in orders. As announced by Volvo AB, incoming orders rose by 32 percent.

Bed Bath & Beyond

is on the verge of bankruptcy. The company is already preparing to file for bankruptcy next weekend, sources said. Because of the falling share price, it is almost impossible for Bed Bath & Beyond to raise enough capital to avoid insolvency.

TSMC

earned slightly more in the first quarter compared to the same quarter of the previous year thanks to higher sales and exceeded market expectations. However, compared to the previous quarter, Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co recorded a slump in profits.
