As announced by the Rostock-based company, which is listed in the TecDAX and SDAX, 22 N149/4.X turbines from the Delta4000 series with a total capacity of 105 megawatts are to be delivered for the “Krivaca” wind farm next spring. The wind farm in eastern Serbia, 150 kilometers east of Belgrade, was developed by the Austrian wind farm developer Ivicom and will in future be operated by the Serbian MK Group and the Slovenian Alfi Green Energy Fund.

sells its 50 percent interest in the Sunrise oil project in Alberta, Canada. According to BP, Cenovus Energy will give 600 million Canadian dollars for the shares. There is also a potential additional $600 million plus Cenovus’ 35 percent interest in the as yet undeveloped Bay du Nord offshore project.

VIENNA AIRPORT

The operator of Vienna Airport has received a binding takeover offer. According to its own statements, the IFM Global Infrastructure fund of the private equity firm IFM Investors has exceeded the threshold of 40 percent of the voting rights in Flughafen Wien AG, triggering a takeover bid under Austrian law. However, the investor has neither the interest nor the expectation of taking control of the company. At midday, however, Flughafen Wien shares rose significantly by 24 percent to EUR 32.60.

updated the 2025 targets and set targets for sustainable financial investments. As the Dutch bank announced in the run-up to an Investor Update, total income should grow by an average of 3 percent per year, and the bank is aiming for an annual increase in fee income of between 5 and 10 percent. The common tier 1 ratio – the relationship between the bank’s capital and its assets – is expected to reach around 12.5 percent, the return on equity 12 percent and the cost-income ratio 50 to 52 percent.

GOLDMAN SACHS

Goldman Sachs’ wealth management division is under investigation by the US Securities and Exchange Commission in connection with ESG investing, according to several sources. The SEC wants to review the extent to which the funds actually invest based on environmental, social and governance (ESG) standards as they claim. ESG investing has been a boon for asset managers in recent years as they face stiff competition from low-cost index funds. The SEC investigation is the latest known case of regulatory scrutiny of ESG investing.
