On Friday (July 15) the Rolling Stones performed in Austria for the 17th time. But even before this umpteenth and hopefully not last performance, frontman Mick Jagger seemed to have had a lot of fun in Vienna. The 78-year-old rock star met a group whose women were all wearing dirndls. He posted a video of the encounter on Twitter.
“Just a picture,” the ladies ask. Of course, showman Mick Jagger agrees. So: Raise your arms and shout “Wuhuu” loudly. How often do you meet Mick Jagger? “Thank you for the great evening in Vienna,” wrote the rock star on his post. The women did not reveal why the group was in traditional costume.

Before the performance, Mick Jagger also stopped at a sausage stand in downtown Vienna. He treated himself to a can of beer and had his picture taken next to two unsuspecting men. The two have since reported to the Austrian media and admitted that they actually did not recognize Jagger.
I found myself with my buddy Jochen on a picture together with Mick Jagger at a “Würstelstand”
And yes, we didn’t recognize with whom we were drinking beer ?
Have a great show, enjoy your stay and if you want to have another cool beer with us type me a message!— Stefan Kuerzel (@steefel) July 15, 2022
