The MG ZS was the best-selling car in Spain in December 2023. The crossover is also proving popular in Europe, helping Chinese-owned British brand Saic climb the sales charts
The sales ranking in Spain has seen a new market leader at the end of 2023. This is MG’s compact crossover, the ZSwhich took the title of best-selling model in the Iberian Peninsula in December 2023. MG achieved sales of 2,563 units for the ZS in the last month of the year. The performance catapulted it to first place, ahead of Renault Clio and Dacia Sandero.

Both the ZS and Clio recorded an increase in sales, while the Dacia Sandero suffered an 11% decline. The latter starts from 13,200, while the Renault has a price of 16,100 euros in the Spanish market. The MG is priced at 14,690 euros for the thermal version and of 22,480 euros the electric version. MG’s performance in Spain has helped the brand become the 16th best-selling brand in Europe; an increase compared to 21st place in December 2022.
