And he was not alone with that. “Less than six months ago we opened MF Novedaddora, an incredible construction company with a group of architects who seek to fulfill their own home dreams with financing plans,” says Melani enthusiastically.

– What is a successful advisor and how is one formed?

A successful advisor is one who is committed to advising, informing and accompanying clients. He never puts money as a priority, because the priority is to provide solutions to clients in the face of the different problems that may arise. And due to the lack of training material, we are creating our own Successful Advisor course, 100% online, in which, through experience, we give step-by-step advice to accompany the client and become the person they trust, thus achieving a closing that completes the real estate operation. Soon we will launch this course for all those advisers, auctioneers recently received or different close to the field who want to be trained and experience a new vision of this beautiful field.

– What makes the difference in the real estate sector?

The difference in the real estate sector begins when quality customer service is taken as a priority, investing in technology, advertising, informing and maintaining a communication link with the customer. Today, the real estate industry is changing and reinventing itself, turning its portfolio digital and creating property showing events. – What motivated you to create MF Developer?

With MF Real Estate Consultants we started working on a new product that is a trend in the Canning/San Vicente corridor, which are protected neighborhoods. These same ones have more accessible prices, allowing many families to fulfill the dream of building their own house. But we noticed that there was no offer of traditional construction, at good prices and financed. That is why we created “MF Desarrollodora” which, with a market study to have standard housing measures, we are able to help our clients achieve the dream of owning their own home.

– What are the medium and long-term projects of MF Real Estate Consultants?

We are focused on making a difference in service. For us, the most important thing is not the quantity of properties that we represent, but the quality that we offer to our clients.
