Meteorologists are monitoring the weather maps for Wednesday and Thursday. Because a very heavy storm is developing rapidly in the Atlantic Ocean. The British weather service has already named the storm “Ciarán” and issued a warning. After all, exceptional and possibly devastating wind speeds are expected in western Europe.
