Last week, Mérula won four gold medals at the prestigious PIWI International (Promotion of fungus-resistant grape varieties) competition in Germany. “These recent awards are proof of our commitment to craftsmanship and passion for wine,” says winegrower Marino Moenaert.
Wine estate Mérula has roots in Oostkamp, but also set foot in Bruges, with the planting of a vineyard in Sint-Kruis.
