Things were going well for years for an independently living mentally challenged man from Eerbeek (47), when on April 6 things suddenly went terribly wrong. He was brandishing a knife and took his two outpatient assistants hostage in his home. Now he must still receive mental health care, although that could also amount to TBS with compulsory treatment.
