The Neuss-based men’s fashion supplier Lerros Moden GmbH has filled three key positions. On Thursday, the company announced the appointment of Eva Diana Moczko as Head of Brand Strategy. In this role, she is now responsible for “the entire global communication strategy at Lerros Moden GmbH” and reported directly to CEO Alex Ibakasap, Lerros announced. In the course of her career, Moczko spent 13 years at Esprit, among other things. There she held various management roles and most recently held the post of VP – Head of Brand Development until autumn 2020.
Also new to the company is Stanyslav Markov Rojas, who has also been appointed Head of International Sales with immediate effect. According to his new employer, the sales expert can look back on “more than 15 years of experience in the international fashion business”. Among other things, he has worked for well-known companies such as S.Oliver, Orsay and Olsen. At Lerros he is now supposed to “drive internationalization and the development of existing foreign markets”. The focus is on Russia, Ukraine, Belgium and the Czech Republic, explained the menswear provider.
Jeannette Burger has been Head of HR since September 1 of last year. She previously worked for Garcia, a Dutch clothing company. There she acted as HR Operations Manager “for 14 years as the central contact person for personnel matters” and was responsible for “the implementation of all HR strategies on the part of the parent company for the entire DACH team,” said Lerros. In the company she is now “responsible for the implementation of all HR strategies, processes and goals” and will “primarily drive digitization in the HR area”.
In addition to the three newcomers, Lerros also confirmed one departure: Chief Commercial Officer André Hennigers had already “resigned his position as managing director of the Neuss-based menswear label for private reasons” on November 30, 2021 after just a few months, the company said in a press release. His previous position will therefore “not be filled for the time being”.
