Internet sensation Alisha Lehmann, 24, received unpleasant attention while spending an evening in Manchester in April, several British newspapers reported.
The soccer player, who enjoyed enormous popularity on social media, was immediately harassed by men when he entered the nightclub.
of The Sun sources say Manchester United star striker Marcus Rashford, 25, also happened to be there when Lehmann arrived. He could not bear the convergence of what he saw, but decided to do something about it.
Rashford is said to have emptied the VIP tables at a nightclub and asked Lehmann and his friends to join him.
According to the eyewitness, the Swiss woman was very grateful for the gesture.
– They exchanged a few words and Alisha thanked him. Then they both continued to party with their respective entourages, the eyewitness said.
– Alisha thinks he was a real gentleman.
Rashford reportedly met Lehmann at the party for the first time, but he immediately recognized who the men were after.
Lehmann plays football in the English Super League in the Aston Villa team. He also belongs to the Swiss national team.
