Hamburger SV continues to work on a firm commitment from Adam Karabec. The 21-year-old offensive player was loaned by Sparta Prague last season and played 33 competitive games (three goals, eight templates).

At the U21 European Championship, the Czech said goodbye to the tournament with a 2-0 win against Slovenia after there were previously defeats against England and Germany. Karabec prepared a goal in the last game.

The originally agreed purchase option of 4.2 million euros has now expired. According to “Bild”, the current claim from Prague is only around three million euros after the early end of the U21 European Championship.

HSV continues to see great potential in Karabec and believe in the Czech Bundesliga suitability. The player himself had already emphasized that they would like to stay in Hamburg.
