‘Meilandjes in the ship for 100,000 euros’

Evert Sankrediets states that the Meilandjes, with whom he is good friends, will sell their villa in Noordwijk for 100,000 euros. “The offer is around 2.6 million euros.”

The Meilandjes bought a villa in Noordwijk last year, but they had it in no time put up for sale again. The reason? There was a mob all the time on their doorstep and they long for more privacy. A small problem: they had paid no less than 2.7 million euros for the house and that was far too much, according to star broker Harry Mens.

Girls ship in

Harry has been saying for some time that the Meilandjes have absolutely no understanding of real estate and he now seems to be right. The Meilandjes have paid so much for the villa that they are now losing a ton on it, Private boss Evert Sankrediets reports in Show news† And he should know because he is good friends with the TV family.

Evert: “I was on the move last year and Martien said: ‘I have a scoop, I have a scoop!’ He had big news, because they were already leaving the house. It was the first party they gave there and the last, because they had too much insight and actually regretted that beautiful house they bought in Noordwijk.”

100,000 euros gone

The Meilandjes lose 100,000 euros in one fell swoop, according to Evert. “They love to move, so it works out fine in its own right, but the point was that they paid 2.7 million euros here and put it up for sale for 3 million. There was someone who was going to buy it, but they dropped out and now there is another buyer.”

However, that buyer only wants to pay 2.6 million euros, Evert knows. “That means that they will lose a ton on this beautiful house there in the dunes. On the one hand they will be happy if they get rid of it if it does indeed go ahead and on the other it will cost them a ton.”

bottle of wine

According to Evert, the Meilandjes, who are currently on TV with a program about social assistance, do not care about a barrel more or less. “It doesn’t spoil the fun. A bottle of wine will certainly be opened when the time comes and this house no longer belongs to the Meilandjes.”

Finally, Evert: “They are going to live nearby, by the way, so they will see it again.”

Albert Verlinde: “Oh, that doesn’t help the price, of course.”

Evert: “Ohhh, those are nice people.”

Bald Erica

It has taken an incredibly long time to find a potential buyer for the Meiland villa. Not surprising, according to Story boss Guido den Aantrekker, because they would live right next to an ugly apartment building. That later turned out to be the apartment building of Harry Mens, where he also lives.

A few weeks ago, RTL Boulevard reported that people seem to want to live in the Meiland villa ‘for no money’. In the end, the Meilandjes chose to lower the asking price by two tons. Erica especially hated that. “Martien was a little more flexible about it, but Erica is there anyway… And rightly so, because it is a lot of money two tons.”
