Meghan was caught today laying a bouquet of white roses at the Uvalde County Courthouse, near Robb Elementary School where a shooting occurred this week that killed as many as 19 children and two teachers.

It was not known in advance that Meghan would come by and for many people in the area her visit was very unexpected. The actress did everything she could to stand out as little as possible and wore a simple white T-shirt, jeans and sneakers. It is not clear whether Prince Harry was also with her, at least he was not photographed.

It will no doubt be a difficult week for Meghan as her father Thomas Markle is in hospital after suffering a stroke a few days ago. Although the two are no longer on good terms with each other, there are rumors that Meghan plans to visit her father one of these days.
