Meghan Markle’s success in Hollywood has not gone as expected.
Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle signed a contract with top Hollywood agency William Morris Endeavor (WME) in April, but the 41-year-old Markle still hasn’t announced anything about her future plans.
One PR expert has hinted that she “may struggle to find her footing in Hollywood”, as three months is longer than usually expected.
Markle and her husband Prince Harry previously signed a $20 million deal with music service Spotify, but recently decided to cancel the deal. The couple still have a lucrative Netflix partnership.
In a major career move, Markle signed with the WME agency, which has also signed other big stars, including Adele and tennis player Serena Williams.
– It’s good business to have Meghan on their star list. It’s also good for Meghan that she has a prestigious office.
– However, three months have passed since the news, and we haven’t heard anything since then. This is a longer period than generally expected, suggesting that Meghan is struggling to find her footing in Hollywood.

A few explanations
The head of Media PR Global said there are a few explanations for Meghan’s lack of progress.
– It is possible that he is still in the early stages of developing his projects, and does not want to announce anything until everything is certain.
– It is also possible that he has been rejected from possible partnership agreements, which could be depressing and therefore does not want to share his plans publicly.
According to a PR expert, it’s unlikely we’ll see Markle return to acting next.
– He has also previously said that he has stopped acting and he seems to be more interested in producing and creating content.
– I think it is more likely that we will see him launch a new lifestyle brand or establish a foundation, the expert speculated.
