The people of Helsinki Nellie and AP Frida– and their daughters need more space in the Same Money series. Their current block of flats has nice squares, but the bottom doesn’t work, and sometimes it gets cramped. The plans include raising a family, so that’s why a new home is becoming relevant.
The couple’s budget is no less than half a million euros. It should have enough bedrooms, a large kitchen and living room with a single space, a utility room, a wardrobe, a yard, a fireplace and a bathtub for Nell.

Real estate agent Marika Holländer, who was also known as Mega-Marikana in her time, presents the family with a couple of wooden houses from Lahti and one brick-clad, downright mansion-like home from Nurmijärvi. In the last-mentioned destination, Marika lingers in advance. He has an ace up his sleeve.
– There is a very special surprise in this house that you wouldn’t guess, he raises the excitement in advance.
So what’s the surprise?
– Own swimming pool with heating and counter current device! Marika reveals an element found in the garden.
He has hit the right spot: Nelli and AP are impressed by what they see.
– Oops! This is like being abroad, Nelli marvels.
– Totally gorgeous. It was mute. Oops! Swimming pool in the yard in Finland! he describes his feelings in even more detail in front of the camera.

After Nelli and AP have visited three destinations, they have to decide which one they are most interested in. They move there for a week and finally tell host Ile Uusivuuori whether they will make an offer or whether they will stay in their old home.
