Twelve people were injured in a nighttime Russian air raid on Kiev on Tuesday night. Several buildings in the Dniprovskyi district – including a children’s hospital – have been damaged by falling rocket debris. The mayor of the Ukrainian capital said this today, after earlier reports of a Russian airstrike on the city.
