Maxima from Holland, Marilyn effect upon her arrival in Stockholm

C.the wind played her bad joke! Maxima from Holland suffered the Marilyn Effect upon her arrival in Stockholm. Getting off the plane with her husband Willem-Alexander (who flew it alone with the crew), the Dutch queen showed her legs due to the northern wind rascal. Of course, obviously, that wasn’t what she wanted.

Maxima from Holland on a state visit

The Dutch queen arrived in Swedish capital with her husband on a state visit. Princess Victoria and her husband Daniel of Sweden welcome the couple. In a carriage all together they then reached the Royal Palace in the city center where King Gustavus and Queen Silvia were waiting for them. As she got off the plane, however, the wind picked them up the split of the outfit for an unexpected real “striptease”.

In constant struggle with the wind

As always Maxima for the look relied on a Natan Couture creation, his stylist of reference. A powder-colored dress with puff sleeves and a corolla skirt with a split in the middle. For the top she chose a beige Valentino cape. His passion for capes is well known. And for the accessories she relied on Hermes for the clutch and Gianvito Rossi for the pumps. Victoria of Sweden, on the other hand, welcomed the sovereign with a fuchsia-colored jacket and trousers. Unfortunately, the wind has always played tricks on the Dutch queen. In Holland recently she almost blew off the wide-brimmed hat she wore on her head.
