The 11th race of the season was held over 52 laps on the 5.9km Silverstone Circuit in Northamptonshire, England.
Verstappen, who started the race on pole position, passed the finish line in the first place with a time of 1:25:16.938 and reached the 6th place in a row and the 8th place of the season.
McLaren’s British driver Lando Norris was second, 3,798 behind the leader, and Mercedes’ British driver Lewis Hamilton was third, 6,783 seconds behind the leader. Norris’ teammate, Australian Oscar Piastri, finished fourth.
Apart from Verstappen, only teammate Sergio Perez has reached the top of the podium twice this season in the championship. The 6th stage of the season, the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix, was canceled due to the flooding in Italy.
The Hungarian Grand Prix, the 12th race of the season, will be held on 23 July.
