The 10th race of the season was held over 71 laps on the 4.3 kilometer Red Bull Circuit in Spielberg, Austria.
Verstappen, who started the race on pole position, crossed the finish line in the first place in the fight, which he dominated from start to finish, achieving 5 wins in a row, 7 wins of the season and 42 wins of his career.
Ferrari’s Monaco’s Charles Leclerc was second, 5.155 seconds behind the leader, and Mexico’s Sergio Perez was third, 17,188 seconds behind teammate Verstappen.
Verstappen 7 and Sergio Perez have reached the top of the podium twice in the championship so far. The 6th stage of the season, the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix, was canceled due to the flooding in Italy.
