“I’m looking forward to going back to Silverstone because it’s a real classic and historic race on the calendar,” Verstappen said in his preview. “There are so many great fans there and it’s nice to know we’re close to the team at the Milton Keynes factory.”

Verstappen won the last two races, in Azerbaijan and Canada. “It’s nice to return to a traditional circuit after a good number of street circuits. The performance this weekend will depend on finding a good balance and we also need a solid tire strategy as tire wear will be high there. So there are plenty of things we need to get right this weekend.”
Verstappen is proudly in the lead with 175 points after nine Grand Prixs. Red Bull teammate Sergio Pérez has so far collected 129 points, followed by Ferrari driver Charles Leclerc (126).
