Mauro, how were the beginnings of RE/MAX Potencia?

I have been working in the real estate sector for six years under the RE/MAX brand seal. Post pandemic I was very close to moving to Europe, with the aim of penetrating the market with a similar business model. However, I bet on investing and leaving a mark on our country. In this way, RE/MAX Potencia was born, with the vision of “promoting” the career of benchmarks in the sector. I am convinced that Argentine entrepreneurs have a huge opportunity within the service industry, and that by focusing on improving the final consumer experience, we can achieve something much bigger than we think. Not only within the business world but also in our society.

What services do you provide to the public?

We are the first RE/MAX office in Avellaneda. We are located at Alsina 52, Avellaneda Centro.

Our mission is to bring a holistic experience to the client, integrated by the best advice in each step of the real estate process, from a market analysis based on real sales values, a marketing strategy integrated by the most innovative tools in terms of audiovisual communication, to nosotros generates a positive impact from the zero moment of the publication of the property, this being one of the fundamental pillars. “There is no second chance for a good first impression”, as well as advice on legal and tax issues from a group of professionals, from the registered broker, to notaries and accountants. Each stage of the process was designed with the differential of our marked innovative style.

How do you project your brand in the medium term?

We project a net growth of 100% for the next year, in terms of equipment and billing. Although one of the most important KPIs that we measure is the growth in terms of knowledge of each area about the latest management and service tools, as well as current information on the real estate market.

What are your differentials in the real estate sector?

Our greatest asset is the values ​​and culture that we form in “Potencia”. We managed to consolidate a “base” team with a high degree of commitment and a very big purpose. We seek to be the number one office in customer service. This leads us to leave our comfort zone all the time, that is the essence that differentiates us. Of course this without passion would be very difficult to achieve. I am lucky to share the team with restless, challenging, fun and willing entrepreneurs.

In this way, RE/MAX Potencia becomes one of the best job proposals today, since we not only have the excellent Know How of RE/MAX Argentina, but we also invest in the personal development of each Potencia team collaborator.

If you were starting over, what would you do differently?

If I started again I would seek to risk a little more- Every decision that brought me closer to the mistake made me stronger. I learned that making mistakes is very good as long as you manage to capitalize on learning. Another important factor that you should have taken into account is time management. Every time I improve my congruence between what I schedule and what I do. Sometimes spend too much time on non-urgent and important tasks. Today I make better decisions.
