Matti Mattsson finished eighth in the 200-meter breaststroke in Budapest at the World Championships. Mattsson’s time in the final was 2.09.65.
The victory went to Australia Zac Stubblety-Cook.
Mattsson won the same trip in Olympic bronze last year in Tokyo. At the World Championships, he has a bronze from 2013.
