Masterclass digital transformation in media and communication

Date: May-2022 | Bladdokter is organizing a new masterclass of 6 sessions on digital transformation in media and communication in May and June 2022. Participants will receive answers to all questions related to digitization, cross-media publishing, online marketing and new revenue models for media. They receive guidelines for writing their own strategic plan.

The masterclass has been developed for publishers, editors-in-chief, communication employees, content marketers and marketing employees at media brands, in content marketing and communication departments. After the sessions, participants will have a good understanding of the most important aspects of online publishing and the digitization of the media. They can also make better strategic decisions in this rapidly changing media landscape.

In 6 sessions of 3 hours you will be brought up to date on the effects of digitization and the strategic responses you can offer as a publisher, editor or communication department. Each session will cover one topic in detail.

Time load: 6 lessons, 3 hours per week

The masterclass will take place at Bladdokter’s office in Amsterdam-Westerpark. There is room for a maximum of 8 media professionals. In this way, attention is also paid to personal questions, intervision and help is provided in writing one’s own strategies.
Each session, as a participant, you gain insight into one specific aspect of online publishing. In addition, there are practical assignments that must be carried out during the week (in your own working time and with your own team) (maximum time load for this homework is 2 hours p/w). These assignments must contribute to their own strategic plan.

    Content Playbook: Content Atomization and Cross-media workflows, how do you set up a cross-media team?

    Channel and Marketing Playbook: which channels do you use, how are you going to achieve your goals?
