What balance do you make of the year that ends?
2023 was a year of great challenges for Martino Medical Diagnosis, but we achieved each of the proposed goals. We incorporated state-of-the-art equipment, sealed strategic agreements, created new areas and revalidated the ISO 9001 certification, confirming once again that the quality of the service is guaranteed in each of the processes.
But that was not all, we laid the foundations for an intense 2024 roadmap that, among other things, includes the construction of a new five-story headquarters, where the third resonator will operate, a clinical analysis laboratory and an interdisciplinary space. of specialties associated with our activity.
All this without losing sight of our corporate social responsibility objectives, which are very varied in the fields of sports, culture and health and care awareness. We are very close to what is happening in the city, and we join their proposals or promote them and offer them from our sphere as a contribution to the quality of life.
What do they mean when we talk about high quality standards?
In the middle of the year we revalidated the ISO 9001 certification. As has been happening since 2015, our processes were audited and we once again demonstrated that they lived up to the most demanding international quality standards.
From the reception of patients to the medical reports, which follow the taking of images, through the technology applied and the quality of the supplies used, everything went under the magnifying glass of the designated auditor.
The last audit evaluated the study process, but also the complementary processes and the generation of reports.
Everything in our organization is traceable and therefore measurable and qualifiable. These tools have helped us improve each of the processes.
