Martina Aitolehti finished fourth in the Ironman competition in Tallinn.

Entrepreneur and wellness coach Martina Aitolehti, 40, participated in the Ironman triathlon organized in Tallinn over the weekend. The last Ironman race ended with a drop, but this time the condition lasted the whole race.

Aitolehti is celebrating the successful competition performance on its Instagram account. He says that he arrived at the finish line in third place, but the final ranking was fourth.

– I was hoping for a strong and intact race after the episode in Frankfurt and I got it, Aitolehti writes happily.

The Instagram video shows Aitolehti arriving at the finish line tired but happy. Everyone who crosses the finish line gets a medal right after the race performance.

The publication shows that the Aitolehti family has big things ahead of them in the coming week. Aitolehti and her ex-husband Esko Eerikäinen Victoriadaughter starts middle school this week, and Aitolehti’s own biography will be published on Wednesday.

Aitolehti published pictures after the competition in the stories section of his Instagram account, where he shows, among other things, the products needed for return. The picture shows cold gel and beer.

Before the competition, Aitolehti shared several publications about the competition preparations. He showed, among other things, what kind of meals he used to refuel for the Ironman competition in Frankfurt in June.

– I avoid red meat, white sugar and try to eat as clean and nutritious food as possible. Good carbohydrates, easily digestible protein and plenty of green, Aitolehti says.

The Frankfurt competition in June ended with a drop from Aitolehti. At the time, he said on his Instagram account that he had thought about suspending the competition several times. However, Aitolehti fought his way to the finish despite the difficult running section. Running was made difficult by stomach cramps, which caused that he could not keep “anything inside”.

Martina Aitolehti turned 40 during the past summer. He celebrated his birthday for several days with his friends in Ibiza.
