Martin Kind is no longer managing director of Hannover 96. The second division club announced this in a short press release.
“Martin Kind was dismissed as managing director of Hannover 96 Management GmbH with immediate effect for important reasons. The committees will decide promptly on the new appointment of the management. The board of directors of the Hannoverscher Sportverein von 1896 eV,” said the club from Lower Saxony on Wednesday evening. The “kicker” reported about it first.
There is currently no further information about the precise background to the dismissal. The 78-year-old child said in an interview with t-online just a few weeks ago: “Retirement is not my goal. I’m fit, healthy and resilient. I really enjoy my work, it also keeps me young.”
