It was going to be a special match for Martin Perin (21), a volleyball player from our national team. His family was in the stands, on the other side of the net his brother Pierre (19) stood as an opponent. Until out of nowhere he collapsed, without a heartbeat. “I keep seeing it in my mind, that emptiness in his eyes,” says his father. We have an intense and emotional conversation with Martin and his parents about that moment, the defibrillator that saved his life and the love for his sport.
