Things seemed to be over quickly for Martijn Krabbé (57) when it was announced in January that he had been diagnosed with metastatic lung cancer with no chance of cure. With a Silver Televizier Star in his pocket, his health appears to have stabilized now, because the presenter has signed a new contract with RTL 4.

Mega yay

Martijn has a photo on his Instagram on which he poses with Sven Sauvé and the departing program boss Peter van der Vorst. “My love for RTL continues. I signed a new contract today!! MEGA JOEPIE!! Thanks for the trust…” it says.

The contract extension is good news for Martijn, because it shows that he is expected to last a while. “That is really great news for you and for RTL amigo,” Winston Gerschtanowitz responds.

Great

Britt Dekker is also enthusiastic. “Ah great!!!!!!❤️Congratulations!!!!”

Chantal Janzen: “Dearest❤️.”

One Tristan: “I hope you can sign the contract an infinite number of times, because no one can and wants to miss you! Special, talented and, above all, authentic man. 🙌”
