Martijn Krabbé remains in the shadow of the Meilandjes with his TV program Uitstel van Executie. He is now focused on his new show Blow Up.
Postpone of Execution is still a chart success, but no longer the hit it once was. Martijn Krabbé’s home show now has to settle for bronze at half past eight. Yesterday, for example, he scored 800 thousand viewers (15% market share) on RTL 4, putting him deep in the shadow of the Meilandjes on the smaller SBS 6.

Chateau Bijstand managed to charm almost 1.1 million viewers (19%) at the same time. Only one program did even better at half past eight, namely Radar with 1.3 million viewers (25%) on NPO 1. And compared to that, Martijn’s figures are of course a bit disappointing.
Martijn will not return to television with Postponement of Execution, it was recently announced. This morning it revealed AD that he and his Voice buddy Chantal Janzen will present the new Friday show Blow Up, a program about balloon artists who compete against each other in teams. The premiere is on June 3.

Spoorloos was the most watched program at half past nine. The NPO 1 show attracted 1.2 million viewers (26%). The most viewed alternatives were the tail of Postponement of Execution and Today Inside with 787 thousand viewers (17%) on SBS 6.
Today Inside only had to give way to De Avondshow with Arjen Lubach (1 million) in terms of talk shows. Op1 scored 630 thousand viewers, Jinek 573 thousand, Khalid and Sophie 518 thousand and HLF8 240 thousand.

Programs that (also) did not reach the top fifteen ratings include RTL Boulevard (569 thousand), Hunted: into the wild (542 thousand), Shownieuws (483 thousand) and Editie NL (416 thousand).
