Marlon B., who is detained for the death of his ex Silvana Heber, will be detained for 90 days longer. The Council Chamber of the court in Den Bosch decided this on Wednesday. The man does not want to tell the police about the death of his ex, but the prosecution assumes that he planned her death in advance.
Marlon B. does not want to say anything about the disappearance and death of his ex. “He neither confesses nor denies,” said spokesman Bart Vaessen of the Public Prosecution Service.
According to Vaessen, the police arrived at the location where Silvana’s body was found through their own investigation. Earlier it was said that this had happened through a tip.
The OM assumes that Marlon B. planned the murder of his ex Silvana Heber in advance. That is why Marlon B. is being prosecuted for murder.
Silvana (36) was found dead last Tuesday evening in a forest area near Vessem. She had been missing since the Saturday before. Her ex, Marlon B. (41), was immediately arrested that Saturday for involvement in her disappearance.
Even before Silvana’s body was found, the Public Prosecution Service announced that it assumed she was no longer alive and that Marlon was being prosecuted for murder.
Silvana and Marlon dated for three years. They had no children together. Marlon has two sons from previous relationships and Silvana had two young daughters.
