Update after 12 game days
Transfermarkt has subjected the market values of the Regionalliga Südwest to a comprehensive update after twelve match days. With Justin Che, Fisnik Asllani and Luka Hyryläinen, the second representation of TSG Hoffenheim will henceforth provide the most valuable players in the league, the latter also recorded the biggest plus in the league with an increase of 750,000 euros.
The 18-year-old midfielder switched from Eintracht Frankfurt to Kraichgau in the summer for a fee of one million euros and had previously contributed five goals in 17 games in the U19 Bundesliga South/Southwest for the SBU. Most recently, however, Hyryläinen was suffering from a shinbone injury, and the youngster will be given a market value for the first time as part of the update.
VfB Stuttgart II and TSG have a total of eight players in the top 10 in the league, only Offenbach’s attacker Törles Knöll and Mainz’ left winger Ben Bobzien also advance into this region. With defender Maurice Trapp, FSV is also one of the biggest losers of the update: the 30-year-old newcomer from VfL Osnabrück recorded a minus of 100,000 euros.
This is how the Transfermarkt market values work
The Transfermarkt market values are created taking into account various pricing models and a strong involvement of the Transfermarkt community, which deals with the values in detailed discussions. The transfer market market values are not to be equated with the transfer fees actually paid.
The goal is not to predict a price, but an expected value. When determining the market value, both individual transfer modalities and situational framework conditions are relevant to a certain extent. Examples of this are listed here. Transfermarkt does not use an algorithm (for detailed market value definition).
