updates
To complete the updates in the regional leagues, Transfermarkt revised the market values of the Bayern squadron and updated 527 player profiles in the process. The top trio remains unchanged afterwards: the three talents from FC Bayern Lovro Zvonarek (1.5 million euros), Lucas Copado (1 million euros) and Eyüp Aydin (0.8 million euros) continue to greet with unchanged values from the top of the market value ranking. The biggest winner, however, is the game association from Unterhaching.
There were new movements behind the top trio from Säbener Straße: The South Korean midfield talent Hyun-ju Lee, also active for the second deputy of the record champions, recorded a plus of 200,000 euros. The 19-year-old has already scored 8 goals and 2 assists this season, and his market value is now estimated at 600,000 euros. The same applies to Leonardo Vonic from table 4. Nuremberg II. The Croatian international, who also has a German passport, has already scored 14 goals and contributed 5 assists this season. With this quota, the youngster is said to have attracted the interest of many clubs.
This also applies to the third player in the league of players who was newly awarded a €600,000 prize: Maurice Krattenmacher (photo). The 17-year-old top talent of SpVgg Unterhaching seamlessly builds on his convincing performances in the youth field in the regional league. With technically demanding long-range goals, his speed dribbles and pinpoint passes, the right-footed player is already making an absolute difference in Haching’s ranks. Krattenmacher’s way to the Bundesliga seems to be mapped out, with a plus of 300,000 euros he is the biggest winner of the update.
Another promising “rising star” of the Bavarian regional league is Jermain Nischalke, who, like Vonic, is chasing goals for the Nuremberg youth team. The 19-year-old striker currently has 9 goals and 6 assists on his record and is already very mature for his young age. In December he was given a professional contract with the Franconians and is allowed to go to the training camp with the first team. From now on, Nischalke will be valued at a new market value of 400,000 euros.

Apart from the young talents, there were upgrades in the promotion candidates Würzburg and Unterhaching. The club from the district of Munich is currently three points ahead in the table, but the Kickers are ahead of the top scorers: Saliou Sané has scored 15 goals (8 assists) to date, while Hachings Patrick Hobsch has 14 goals (3rd assists) stands. In terms of market value, both will go up by 25,000 euros each – Sané is now at 200,000 euros, while Hobsch is now valued at 175,000 euros.
Sané’s teammates Ivan Franjic and Peter Kurzweg were also upgraded to 200,000 euros. Playmaker Franjic has a record of 11 goals and 13 assists, while full-back Kurzweg contributed 4 goals and 5 assists. Unterhaching’s Niclas Anspach, on the other hand, climbs to 175,000 euros, like Hobsch. After a long injury break, the midfielder is back on the pitch regularly and is slowly but surely finding his old form again.
This is how the Transfermarkt market values work
The Transfermarkt market values are created taking into account various pricing models and a strong involvement of the Transfermarkt community, which deals with the values in detailed discussions. The transfer market market values are not to be equated with the transfer fees actually paid.
The goal is not to predict a price, but an expected value. When determining the market value, both individual transfer modalities and situational framework conditions are relevant to a certain extent. Examples of this are listed here. Transfermarkt does not use an algorithm (for detailed market value definition).
