Market values in Spain’s lower house
Transfermarkt.es has updated the market values of LaLiga2. In the course of this, the status of Umar Sadiq (25) as by far the most valuable professional in the Spanish football lower house is underpinned. The centre-forward of promoted UD Almería confirms his €18m and is now at least €10m ahead of his pursuers.
The Nigerian international was the league’s top scorer with 18 goals and 12 assists in 36 games, helping the Andalusians return to LaLiga after seven years. Like Weissman, Arnau Martínez was upgraded by €2m from third-promoted FC Girona. The 19-year-old right-back, who can also play in right midfield, has risen to €5m for the fourth time in a row. The Spain Under-19 international joined the club’s Under-19s in 2018 and worked his way through the senior team to the first team, where he finally made his breakthrough last season, making 42 appearances (two goals/six assists) in total .
