Striker Francisco da Costa (27) has extended his lead in the ranking of the most valuable professionals. The market value of the Brazilian from Bolívar La Paz, who could be recommended for a move to the Colombian champions Atlético Nacional with 35 goals in 40 games, continues to rise from 900,000 to 1.3 million euros. Team colleague Roberto Fernández (23) follows in second place, increasing by 200,000 to 950,000 euros.
Alongside da Costa, The Strongest La Paz left-back Daniel Lino (€20; €500,000) and Oriente Petrolero attacking player Luis Zeballos (€20; €475,000) are the big winners of the update. The market value of the two young professionals also increases by 400,000 euros. The biggest loser is Esteban Orfano (30) from Royal Pari FC. The Argentine midfielder, who missed most of the Clausura due to injury, lost €350,000 and is only valued at €275,000.
This is how the Transfermarkt market values work
The Transfermarkt market values are created taking into account various pricing models and a strong involvement of the Transfermarkt community, which deals with the values in detailed discussions. The transfer market market values are not to be equated with the transfer fees actually paid.
The goal is not to predict a price, but an expected value. When determining the market value, both individual transfer modalities and situational framework conditions are relevant to a certain extent. Examples of this are listed here. Transfermarkt does not use an algorithm (for detailed market value definition).
