“I’m mainly working on learning to accept that I’ve had this. That the old Mariska, who was always the busy bee, that she just isn’t there anymore,” says Bauer.
Mariska does not know whether she will be back to her old self. “My energy, my body, my head, when it’s all back on track I’ll be there again, but it just takes a lot of time. It’s only been five months, isn’t it?”
