Men’s 20th seeded Marin Cilic and 7th seeded Andrey Rublev faced off at the French Open (Roland Garros), the second grand slam tennis tournament of the season.
In the men’s singles quarter-finals on the 11th day of the tournament held in the capital, Paris, Cilic won the match, which lasted 4 hours and 10 minutes, in sets of 5-7, 6-3, 6-4, 3-6 and 7-6.
The 33-year-old tennis player, who won his only grand slam title in his career at the 2014 US Open, entered the last 4 names for the first time at Roland Garros.
