The Finnish textile supplier Marimekko Corporation was able to achieve growth in sales and operating profit in the second quarter of the 2023 financial year. According to an interim report published on Thursday, this was mainly due to good business in Asia and America.

In the Finnish home market, revenues fell by three percent to 22.2 million euros, which was more than offset by an increase of 21 percent to 18.1 million euros in international business.
