The French lingerie brand is bringing an old friend back to the position of CEO.
Marie Schott, who managed the brand’s business from 2011 to 2018, is now taking on the role of managing director again, the Etam Group announced on Wednesday at the request of FashionUnited. The industry magazine Fashion Network previously reported on the personnel.
For the designated managing director, it is a return to her roots. She joined the Etam Group in 2011, where she was initially responsible for building the Undiz brand before being promoted to CEO of the eponymous main brand Etam in the same year. In her renewed role, Schott will strengthen the brand’s creativity and leadership role while continuing its digital and international development, according to the statement.
Schott left Etam in 2019 to launch her own lingerie brand AnaShaf and also took over as CEO of French fashion brand The Kooples. She worked there until mid-June.
